At CCS Homes we want you to be completely satisfied with your new build. That’s why your new home comes with a 6 ½ year structural guarantee and a 12-month defect liability warranty. This guarantee covers your home for any defects that may occur while your new house settles.
QUALITY
Our attention to detail and years of industry experience ensures that quality is never compromised. Over the years I have invested heavily in sourcing quality local tradesmen and suppliers that really care about their work and products they supply; we offer an extensive defect procedure that starts from the slabs right throughout the build and when we are almost finished invite you to thoroughly walk through the home and identify any issues to be addressed before settlement.
BUILD PROCESS
We work with you every step of the way and use a professional draftsman that can work with you to design your new home. This can be one of the hardest steps of the process and once approvals are completed, we are ready to start building your dream home. We at CCS Homes invite you to be part of the full process from design to handing over the keys. During the build, we allocate multiply inspections where you can walkthrough the homes and make minor changes along the way.
RENOVATIONs
We don’t only do new homes we are also available to do renovations. This being full renovation, extensions, bathroom, and kitchen fit outs. We have a great team of trades and suppliers that can offer all types of services from designing to picking colours and products. We can also arrange all approvals and certificates to make the experience as stress free as possible.
